## What it means
Probe-verified means the endpoints a site exposes answered when we checked.
Behaviourally verified means we drove the capability end to end with a declared
test identity and it completed.
## Consent and test identities
- No behavioural test without the operator's agreement.
- A declared test identity that identifies itself as ours.
- Never a real order, a real payment, or a real person's details.
- Withdraw at any time and the report comes down.
